Hello and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Kimberly Mandel, and I am a CPDT-KA dog trainer and behavior expert with nearly 30 years of professional experience.
Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (#2102282) – Association of Professional Dog Trainers (#2431). I am a founding member of THRIVE which is an international community of dog trainers committed to setting high standards of ethics and integrity in an unregulated industry.
Continuing education means I can help clients with up-to-date positive reinforcement tools and techniques to raise calm, polite puppies, balance self-modulation with adolescent dog enthusiasm and energy, and work through complex fear-related and aggressive behaviors to resolution.
My own doggy household has included a GSD X (Boo Boo), a Border Collie X (Belle), a Sato Dachshund X (Paco), and my most recent friend, Jerry. He is a Dachshund X, too, and an avid hiking buddy. All of my dogs – as well as two kitties (Boots and Socks) – are rescues.
